Beginner Snowboard Lessons: Your Questions Answered
I've never snowboarded before. Is this the right lesson for me?
Absolutely. Our beginner lessons are built for complete first-timers. We start with the basics and move at your pace, so you'll never feel thrown in at the deep end.
What age can my child start snowboarding lessons?
Kids aged 7 and over can join our beginner snowboarding lessons.
How long is a beginner snowboard lesson?
Each lesson lasts 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time on the slope to learn and practise.
Do I need my own board and boots?
Nope. Board, boots and helmets are included in your lesson, so just turn up ready to go.
What should I wear for snowboarding lessons?
Wear comfy clothes you can move in, plus gloves, long sleeves and trousers. Our dry slope can be tough on bare skin, so keep your arms and legs covered.
Is snowboarding on a dry slope different to on snow?
The skills you learn here are the same ones you'll use on snow. Plenty of snowboarders learn on our slope before heading to the mountains, so you'll arrive on holiday ready to ride.
